These are just divine and a great braai idea.
4 Chicken breast fillets
100g Feta Crumbled
8 – 10 sun-dried tomatoes in oil chopped
60 ml Basil Pesto
4 Kebab sticks
30ml Olive oil
Roberstson Barbecue Spice
- Cut each fillet length ways to create a pocket
- Combine all the other ingredients, and stuff the breasts. Secure the openings with the kebab sticks (Use nice long metal ones to ease turning on braai)
- Rub each breast with olive oil; and sprinkle with Robertson Barbecue spice.
- Grill or braai over moderate heat approx 20 min
