Barbecued Chicken Breast

These are just divine and a great braai idea.


4 Chicken breast fillets


100g Feta Crumbled


8 – 10 sun-dried tomatoes in oil chopped


60 ml Basil Pesto


4 Kebab sticks


30ml Olive oil


Roberstson Barbecue Spice


Method:

  1. Cut each fillet length ways to create a pocket
  2. Combine all the other ingredients, and stuff the breasts. Secure the openings with the kebab sticks (Use nice long metal ones to ease turning on braai)
  3. Rub each breast with olive oil; and sprinkle with Robertson Barbecue spice.
  4. Grill or braai over moderate heat approx 20 min

This one sounds tasty and easy to do, may well give it a go if our sunny weather holds out for a few days more!!
