Basic Salad Dressing

ENOUGH FOR 1 LITRE

3 cups extra virgin olive oil

1 cup white wine vinegar

5 tbsp wholegrain mustard 15 garlic cloves

Grated zest of 4 lemons a handful of fresh thyme

Mix all the ingredients and store in a glass bottle or plastic container with a tight fitting lid.
