Steak, Steamed veggies and Baked potatoes

I must say having travel around the world I do realise that we are very lucky to have such a great source of red meat at affordable prices. So dinner tonight is grilled steaks on the gas "braai" - griller. These are prepared by rubbing with olive oil and spices and cooked till med rare.

My baked potatoes done in my solar dome which come out light and fluffy with a crispy crust and I serve with garlic butter and some cream cheese.

Added to this we have steamed veggies which consist of a mixture of:

• Courgettes
• Peas
• Carrots
• Snow Peas
• Tender steam Broccoli

Who needs restaurant food when home cooked is so good.
