So it is the silly season and I have been so busy I have neglected you guys......So what are your plans for Christmas?
My menu so far looks like this
Starters.....to be decided
Main meal
Glazed Gammon
Christmas Chicken ( Not a turkey fan)
Garlic & lemon Roast potatoes
Honeyed Butternut
Sweet braised red cabbage and red onion
Nutty green beans
Desert to be decided.
